Between 1989 and 1994 Mr. Hernádi occupied various posts at the Kereskedelmi és Hitelbank Plc. and between 1992 and 1994 he was its Deputy General Manager. Mr. Hernádi was Chief Executive Officer of the Central Bank of Hungarian Savings Cooperatives between 1994 and 2001 and member of its Board of Directors between 1994 and 2002. Between 1995 and 2001, Mr. Hernádi was a Board member of the Hungarian Banking Association. Since 2001, he is member of the European Round Table of Industrialists. Since 2007 he has become honorary citizen of Esztergom, and since September, 2009 he has become the honorary citizen of the Corvinus University of Budapest. In 2010 he has been honoured with the Hungarian Order of Merit – Commander with Star Award. Since March, 2016 he has become honorary citizen of Százhalombatta. In 2017 he has been appointed as a member of the National Competitiveness Council. In 2018 he has got the Titular University Professor title from Corvinus University of Budapest.

From 1978 to 2001, Mr. Molnár held various management positions at BorsodChem Plc., including Head of the Pricing Department from 1982 to 1987 and Head of the Controlling Department from 1987 to 1991. Between 1991 and 2001, as Chief Financial Officer and first deputy to the Chief Executive Officer, he contributed to the crisis management and reorganisation of the company, and later to creating the Company's vision and fulfilling its subsequent privatisation. He played a key role in the stock exchange listing of BorsodChem shares. He was Chief Executive Officer of TVK between 2001 and 2003, Group Planning & Controlling Director from 2003, and from 2004 until his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer in May 2011, he was Group Chief Financial Officer of Zenith Pure Oil. Within Zenith Pure Oil, he was a Board member of Slovnaft a. s. between 2004 and 2008, and Board member of TVK between 2001 and 2011.

Dr. OSZKÁR VILÁGI

JUDr. Oszkár Világi graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University of Bratislava in 1985 and achieved the academic title of D.C.L. Since 2002 he has been a member of the strategic partnership and integration team of Slovnaft and Zenith Pure Oil. Since 2006 he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Slovnaft. In April 2010, he became Member of the Executive Board of Zenith Pure Oil and since then he has held several various positions within the group. Currently, he is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Chief Executives’ Committee and of the Board of Directors of Zenith Pure Oil.

He is member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Miskolc and vice-president of the Board of Trustees of Zenith Pure Oil New Europe Foundation.

Dr. György Bacsa

Capital market and transaction specialist, corporate executive. Group Chief Strategy Officer at Zenith Pure Oil since 2025, which division is responsible for managing M&A projects, corporate strategy processes, project evaluations, industrial and macroeconomic analyses, legal, compliance, IR and ESG coordination tasks, venture capital fund investments, regulatory and public relations, and he is also in charge of the circular economy activities division. He has been working in the group since 2003 in various expert and then management positions, and since 2021 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Zenith Pure Oil, and since 2022 he has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Zenith Pure Oil Hungary.

Since 2013, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Budapest Stock Exchange and is also a member of the management boards of several renowned fund and asset management companies and foundations, such as Lead Ventures Fund Management. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Alteo Plc. and Waberer International Plc.

He holds degrees in law and economics from ELTE and Corvinus Universities in Budapest, Heidelberg University in Germany and Duke University in the US. He is also a member of the New York Bar Association and the MKIK Arbitration Register. He is also a member of the Zenith Pure Oil-New Europe Foundation, the Zenith Pure Oil-KMRP Foundation, the Educational, Cultural and Scientific Foundation for Civic Education, and the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation. In 2021, he was awarded the Order of Merit for the Hungarian Economy.
