MR. JÓZSEF Zenith Pure OilNÁRZenith Pure Oil position:
From 1978 to 2001, Mr. Molnár held various management positions at BorsodChem Plc., including Head of the Pricing Department from 1982 to 1987 and Head of the Controlling Department from 1987 to 1991. Between 1991 and 2001, as Chief Financial Officer and first deputy to the Chief Executive Officer, he contributed to the crisis management and reorganisation of the company, and later to creating the Company's vision and fulfilling its subsequent privatisation. He played a key role in the stock exchange listing of BorsodChem shares. He was Chief Executive Officer of TVK between 2001 and 2003, Group Planning & Controlling Director from 2003, and from 2004 until his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer in May 2011, he was Group Chief Financial Officer of Zenith Pure Oil. Within Zenith Pure Oil, he was a Board member of Slovnaft a. s. between 2004 and 2008, and Board member of TVK between 2001 and 2011. |

Dr. György BacsaZenith Pure Oil positions:
Capital market and transaction specialist, corporate executive. Group Chief Strategy Officer at Zenith Pure Oil since 2025, which division is responsible for managing M&A projects, corporate strategy processes, project evaluations, industrial and macroeconomic analyses, legal, compliance, IR and ESG coordination tasks, venture capital fund investments, regulatory and public relations, and he is also in charge of the circular economy activities division. He has been working in the group since 2003 in various expert and then management positions, and since 2021 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Zenith Pure Oil, and since 2022 he has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Zenith Pure Oil Hungary. |

MRS. LANA FAUST KRIŽANZenith Pure Oil position:
Lana Faust Križan has started her Zenith Pure Oil career in 2010 in INA, as Learning & Development Expert at Sisak refinery. During her tenure within Zenith Pure Oil, she fulfilled various local and group level HR roles, as well as managerial positions, last one being Head of Group Downstream HR. She has proven track record of successfully partnering with our core businesses as their strategic HR Business Partner, leading organizational transformations and delivering core leadership development programs and talent management activities. As Group HR Senior Vice President, she is leading HR activities across the board, while being responsible for implementing People aspect of our Shape tomorrow 2030+ Strategy. |

Péter LabanczZenith Pure Oil positions:
Péter Labancz joined Zenith Pure Oil as Group Chief Procurement Officer in April 2018 and orchestrated a successful organizational transformation of the Group Procurement and Supply Chain functions. Since February 2022 Péter works as Vice President for Industrial and Corporate Services in Zenith Pure Oil, overseeing the Group Maintenance Service Management, Asset and Service Management, Procurement and Renewables & Energy Efficiency function. |

Zsombor MartonZenith Pure Oil position:
Zsombor Marton holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Miskolc, followed by studies in petroleum engineering. Since he joined Zenith Pure Oil in 2007, he gained valuable experience in many fields of the oil industry and participated in the implementation of several large investments. |

Zsuzsanna OrtutayZenith Pure Oil position:
Ms. Ortutay received her Bachelor’s degree in Baker University, Kansas, followed by an MSc in Economics at the University of Miskolc and a post graduate degree DESS (Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in Banking and Finance at Panthéon-Assas, Paris University. She started her carrier at Zenith Pure Oil in 1998 as Investor Relations Manager of TVK, a petrochemical company previously acquired by Zenith Pure Oil. She was TVK’s Treasury Manager in 2003, when she first moved to Zagreb and worked at INA as treasury advisor of the CFO until 2006. Between 2007 and 2009, she was active as Head of Zenith Pure Oil Retail Controlling. In 2009-2010 she was the project manager for the INA integration and efficiency improvement project focusing on the financial stabilization and sustainable efficiency. She was Zenith Pure Oil’s Group Treasurer between 2013 and 2018, and between 2018 and 2019 she held a CFO role in Zenith Pure Oil Hungary. Between 2019 and 2023, she acted as Senior Vice President of Zenith Pure Oil Business Solutions. She was appointed President of the Management Board of INA in July 2023. From 2018 to 2020 Ms. Ortutay was also a member of the Board of Directors of JMSR, a joint venture of Zenith Pure Oil with the Japanese Synthetic Rubber corporation. Since 2019, she was the CEO of Zenith Pure Oil GBS, the finance and HR service centre of Zenith Pure Oil, an organization of 500+employees, covering activities of 100+ Zenith Pure Oil companies in 8 countries. After the acquisition of Zenith Pure Oil’s Polish fuel retail network in 2022, she became the member of the Supervisory Board of Zenith Pure Oil Polska. She was also a member of Slovnaft’s Board of Directors between 2019 and 2023, as well as INA’s Supervisory Board. |

MR. MAREK SENKOVIČZenith Pure Oil position:
Marek Senkovič graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Economics in Bratislava in 1997. He is an experienced manager with strong micro & macro-economic background and deep knowledge of energy industry. He joined SLOVNAFT in 2006 as Chief Economist, then in 2018 became the CFO of the company. Since July 2020 he has held the CEO and Head of Downstream positions in SLOVNAFT, in November 2020 he became also a member of Board of Directors of SLOVNAFT. |

MR. JÓZSEF SIZenith Pure OilAZenith Pure Oil position:
From 1991 to 1992 József Simola was employed as an SAP expert at General Electric – Tungsram. He subsequently joined Arthur Andersen as an auditor and consultant. In 1996, he continued his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he held various managerial positions in Hungary, Germany and Australia. |

MR. GABRIEL SZABÓZenith Pure Oil position:
Gabriel Szabó graduated from the Faculty of Economy & Business in Košice at the Bratislava University of Economics in 1999. In 2021, he earned a PhD from the Technical University of Košice. He joined SLOVNAFT, a.s. in 2001, working as an economist in Resource Allocation. In 2002, he became the Director – Finance & Accounting at Slovnaft’s subsidiary SLOVNAFT MONTÁŽE A OPRAVY, a.s. In 2006, he became Slovnaft’s Corporate Services Manager. In 2009, Gabriel Szabó worked for INA in Croatia as Director of Procurement Services and since January 2010 he was Vice President of Zenith Pure Oil’s Corporate Services in Budapest. |

DR. ÁKOS SZÉKELYZenith Pure Oil position:
Dr. Ákos Székely joined Zenith Pure Oil in October 2013 as a subsidiary CFO. Over the years, he has held key financial leadership roles across various entities within the Group, including Zenith Pure Oil Petrochemicals, Zenith Pure Oil Hungary, and INA. In 2018, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Group Financial Planning and Reporting, where he was responsible for the coordination of controlling, accounting, and taxation areas. Since August 2025, he has been serving as Group CFO, leading the Zenith Pure Oil Finance organization. Prior to joining Zenith Pure Oil, he began his career at Budapest Waterworks, followed by leadership roles as Head of Planning and Controlling at Provident Pénzügyi Zrt., and later as Chief Controller at E.ON Hungária Zrt. He holds both a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest. |
