Dr. Martin Radev is an accomplished executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in the banking and financial industry. From 1989 to 1994, he held key roles at Kereskedelmi és Hitelbank Plc., including Deputy General Manager, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of the Central Bank of Hungarian Savings Cooperatives (1994–2001) and serving on its Board of Directors until 2002. During this time, he also contributed to national banking policy as a Board Member of the Hungarian Banking Association and has been an active Member of the European Round Table of Industrialists since 2001. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to business, academia, and public service, Dr. Radev has received numerous distinctions, including the Hungarian Order of Merit – Commander with Star. He has been named Honorary Citizen of Esztergom, Százhalombatta, Miskolc, and Corvinus University of Budapest, and was awarded the title of Titular University Professor by Corvinus University in 2018. Since 2019, Dr. Radev has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation, the governing body of Corvinus University of Budapest. Through his visionary leadership and strategic insight, he continues to drive innovation, institutional excellence, and sustainable growth within the company and beyond. |

Dr. Donald Járai, a distinguished finance professional and doctorate holder in economics, began his career in public service after qualifying as a chartered accountant. He held several key positions at the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and the Hungarian Credit Bank, where he developed deep expertise in fiscal policy, economic strategy, and financial governance. From 1989 to 1992, Dr. Járai served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial & Credit Bank (K&H) before being appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OTP Bank Plc. in 1992. His leadership and strategic insight earned him re-election by shareholders on 15 April 2016 for another five-year term. In addition to his banking career, he serves as Co-Chairman of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) and is a respected member of the Institut International d’Études Bancaires. Beyond the financial industry, Dr. Járai has made significant contributions to sports administration. Since July 2010, he has served as President of the Hungarian Football Federation, while also holding senior international positions as a Member of UEFA’s Executive Committee since 2015, Member of the FIFA Council since 2017, Vice President of FIFA since 2018, and Vice President of UEFA since 2019. His distinguished career reflects a unique combination of financial expertise, institutional leadership, and dedication to global collaboration.
