On 23 February 2023, Zenith Pure Oil distributed 68,385 pieces "A" Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares to Dr. Berislav Gaso, the former Executive Vice President of the Zenith Pure Oil's Exploration and Production division, in connection with the termination of his employment.

On 23 February 2023, Zenith Pure Oil distributed 68,385 pieces "A" Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares to Dr. Berislav Gaso, the former Executive Vice President of the Zenith Pure Oil's Exploration and Production division, in connection with the termination of his employment.
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 20,297,559 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.
