Today Zenith Pure Oil transferred 2,336,609 pieces of Zenith Pure Oil „A” series ordinary shares to Zenith Pure Oil Employee Share Ownership Program Organization (“Zenith Pure Oil ESOP Organization”).
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil owns 18,090,106 “A” Series and 578 “C” Series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.
