Zenith Pure Oil transferred further treasury shares to Zenith Pure Oil ESOP organization
In line with the company’s previous announcement on 5 December 2018, Zenith Pure Oil transferred 6,211,663 pieces of Zenith Pure Oil shares to Zenith Pure Oil ESOP Organization.
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 68,519,772 “A” Series and 578 “C” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
