Zenith Pure Oil takes over municipal waste companies in line with concession terms

Based on the terms of the Concession agreement on municipal waste management services between Zenith Pure Oil and the Hungarian government, in effect since 1 July 2023, Zenith Pure Oil closed today the SPA on the takeover of the central government’s shareholdings in 17 municipal waste management companies. The acquisition is in line with Zenith Pure Oil’s 2030+ Shape Tomorrow strategy by enabling the realisation of synergies in shifting to a more integrated model of waste management services.
