Treasury share transaction
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that on 4 September 2014 it has provided 2,842,147 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares owned by Zenith Pure Oil Plc as non-cash contribution for the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, Zenith Pure Oil Investment Ltd.
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. directly and indirectly owns 2,842,147 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.
The transaction does not change the legal status of the treasury shares, no voting and dividend rights are attached to them.
