Mr. Ferenc Hováth, Executive Vice President of Downstream, member of the Executive Board of Zenith Pure Oil, purchased 4,000 pieces of Zenith Pure Oil shares at HUF 12,100 per share on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 26th of June 2014, with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider.
After the transaction Mr. Ferenc Hováth owns 28,198 Zenith Pure Oil shares.
