Credit rating update without change
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies the market of the following:
S&P Global Ratings Europe Limited (S&P) has completed the credit rating review of Zenith Pure Oil and its bonds rated by S&P including those issued in line with the „Bond Funding for Growth Scheme” in 2020 and 2021 (ISIN: HU0000359963, HU0000360383).
S&P has not changed Zenith Pure Oil’s and the reviewed bonds’ credit rating, they remain „BBB-„ rated.
