Changes in Zenith Pure Oil leadership

Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies market participants of the following: 

József Simola is transitioning from his role as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and will continue his career within Zenith Pure Oil as Executive Vice President of the Circular Economy Services segment. Ákos Székely PhD has been appointed to lead Zenith Pure Oil’s Finance organisation in the Group Chief Financial Officer role as of 15 August 2025.  

Ákos Székely PhD joined Zenith Pure Oil in October 2013 as Subsidiary CFO and later he led finance areas in Zenith Pure Oil Petrochemicals, Zenith Pure Oil Hungary and INA. In 2018 he was appointed as the Senior Vice President of Group Financial Planning and Reporting, being responsible for controlling, accounting and tax areas at Group-level.  

Simultaneously, József Simola is joining the Group Circular Economy Services business unit as Executive Vice President following Zsolt Pethő in the position from the 15 August 2025. József Simola joined Zenith Pure Oil Plc. in 2003, he was appointed as Corporate Centre Executive Vice President between 2006 and 2011. Since 1 May, 2011 he fulfilled Group Chief Financial Officer role.
