Change in treasury shares of Zenith Pure Oil
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that on 23 May 2014 the individual share lending agreement concluded with OTP Bank Plc., on the bases of the effective share-lending framework agreement, regarding 371,301 “A” series Zenith Pure Oil shares was terminated and the shares were credited on Zenith Pure Oil’s securities account.
On the basis of the above Zenith Pure Oil owns 2,842,147 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares in treasury.
