Amendment of the strike price under the share option agreement effective between Zenith Pure Oil Plc. and Unicredit Bank A.G.
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies the market of the following:
Based on the share option agreement relating to 24,339,262 Series “A” Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares concluded on 14 November 2017 with UniCredit Bank A.G., the strike price for both the call and the put options has changed to EUR 9.86919 per share.
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. directly and indirectly owns 79,988,994 Series "A" and 578 Series "C" Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
